說起 Punk IPA，就不能不提 Brewdog，作為07年在蘇格蘭成立的 Microbrewery，創(chuàng)始人是 James Watt、Martin Dickie （如果沒記錯似乎還有一條狗），這家酒廠充滿了反叛和朋克精神，叛逆是 Brewdog 品牌中最濃重的符號。James 前不久剛剛來過上海推廣，釀酒狗越來越國際化了。
作為 Brewdog 的當家花旦，Punk IPA 是一款典型的美式 Pale Ale（或英國式，好吧，我對風(fēng)格沒那么敏感）。倒入杯子琥珀色的酒液散發(fā)著淡淡地香氣，小酌一口立刻能體會到清爽的口感，帶有陳皮，柚子的香味，感覺不那么粘稠，苦度不高，入口時略有感受，回味的甜度非常克制，適合精釀啤酒入門者飲用。不只一個人和我說換包裝后的 Punk 沒有老款好，沒喝過老款不好評價，但新款的小清新很抓得住年輕人，作為有10年經(jīng)驗的老酒廠在口味上一定有自己對市場的理解和考量。
Punk IPA 適合做常備的口糧酒，休閑時可以隨時來一支。
邊寫酒評邊小酌一口，對著酒瓶又看到那段經(jīng)典的話：
It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate the depth,character and quality of this premium craft brewed beer.
You probably don't even care that this rebellious little beer contains no preservatives or additives and uses only the finest fresh natural ingredients.
Just go back to drinking your mass marketed , bland, cheaply made watered down lager, and close the door behind you.

聞著有果味，入口變化多，咽下之后回味果香。
